WarioWare D.I.Y. allows players to design their own microgames, creating their own graphics, music and designing a 'cassette' for them. The game features three sections in its main menu: My House, where the player designs microgames, WarioWare, the tutorial, and My Shop, where the player makes microgame cassettes. Due to its cross-compatibility with the Wii, the gameplay is restricted to tapping mechanics. When creating the music, the player can sing through the DS's microphone, which the DS then converts into notes. These notes can then be performed by various instruments such as pig noises, similar to music creation in Mario Paint.
Players can send their creations to other D.I.Y. owners or receive other people's works. They can also be uploaded to Nintendo Wi-Fi connection for contest purposes. Microgames made available by Nintendo can be downloaded, too. Additionally, the WiiWare game WarioWare D.I.Y. Showcase, known in Japan as Asobu Made in Ore, allows users to play the microgames on the Wii with the Wii remote's pointer.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii is a side-scrolling platform video game published and developed by Nintendo for the Wii video game console and is the sequel to New Super Mario Bros. for the Nintendo DS. While New Super Mario Bros. Wii is seen in 2D, some of the characters and objects are 3D polygonal renderings on 2D backgrounds, resulting in a 2.5D effect (also seen in the first New Super Mario Bros.) that visually simulates 3D computer graphics.

Punch-Out!! is a series of boxing video games created by Nintendo's general manager Genyo Takeda, and his partner Makoto Wada. It started in the arcades simply as Punch-Out!!, which was followed by a sequel (Super Punch-Out!!). It has since spanned home consoles, including the NES (Punch-Out!! / Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!), an SNES sequel (Super Punch-Out!!), and a Wii sequel (Punch-Out!!). In November 2009, Platinum Club Nintendo members received a code to download Doc Louis's Punch-Out!!, which features a fight between series protagonist Little Mac and his mentor Doc Louis. The series also had a spin-off called Arm Wrestling which was released only in North American arcades, and was Nintendo's last arcade game they independently developed and released. Playing as a diminutive boxer called Little Mac, the player must climb the ranks of the World Video Boxing Association. Gameplay differs slightly between each game, but generally, the player can attack with his left and right fists, at the head or the body, and can also dodge and block to avoid the apponents attacks. Many games in the series give the player a powerful uppercut ability; its use is limited, and must be earned during matches.
The key to defeating each opponent is to learn their fighting patterns, avoid their attacks and respond with a counter attack. Opponents will often give a visual or audible cue to signal their attacks. If the player successfully dodges an attack, the opponent will be left vulnerable for a while, allowing the player to strike back. The player can defeat enemy boxers by knocking them down for a count of 10, downing them three times in one round for a TKO, or by a referee's decision.

The Legendary Starfy, known in Japan as Densetsu no Stafy Taiketsu! Daīru Kaizokudan (伝説のスタフィー たいけつ!ダイール海賊団?, lit. "The Legendary Stafy Confrontation! Daīru Pirate Squad"), is a marine platform video game developed by Tose and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS handheld video game console. It is the fifth game in the The Legendary Starfy video game series.

Returning from the previous four Starfy titles are the costume series of power ups - this time, it is a ghost, dragon, chicken, and an ice-tailed seal costume. Unlike other games in the series, instead of touching a costume, Starfy touches Bunston's thought bubbles to put on a costume. The game also has DS wireless co-op play in select areas and boss fights, where one person controls Starfy and the other controls Starly. Only one cartridge copy of the game is required for this feature. Five different minigames are offered, one of them a cooking game starring Starly. Returning from earlier entries in the series is the wardrobe collection in which players dress Starfy and Starly in different outfits.
