Madden NFL 11 is an American football video game based on the National Football League published by EA Sports and developed by EA Tiburon. It is the 22nd annual installment in the Madden NFL video game franchise. New features include:
A new play-calling system, called GameFlow, which attempts to create situational game plan based on down and situation, which is advertised to cut the playing time in half. This feature also includes headset enabled audio advice on how to execute plays. Other differences from previous games include a new kick meter, new audible system, and new locomotion animation system. Another addition is Online Team Play, which supports 3 vs. 3 cooperative play, with attribute boosts given as an incentive. Players can also scout opponents in online head to head games. Lighting improvements, run blocking changes, new QB ratings, and a new Old Spice "Swagger" rating have also been added to the game. EA also is headlining improvements to the visual and audio presentation, bringing in Gus Johnson to call play by play replacing Tom Hammond. Cris Collinsworth returns as color commentator. Winning the Super Bowl in the game shows your team having a parade and a trip to Washington D.C. where your team's star player will shake hands with President Barack Obama and present him with a team jersey.
