Lighting improvements, run blocking changes, new QB ratings, and a new "Swagger" rating have also been added. EA also is headlining improvements to the visual and audio presentation, bringing in Gus Johnson to call play by play replacing Tom Hammond. Cris Collinsworth returns as color commentator. Winning the Super Bowl in the game, leads to your team getting a parade and a trip to Washington D.C. where your team's star player will shake hands with President Barack Obama and present him a team jersey.

Major League Baseball 2K10 or, in short, MLB 2K10, is a MLB licensed baseball simulation video game published by 2K Sports. New to the series is the "My Player" feature, a career mode similar to the "Road to the Show" feature in MLB 10: The Show in which the player shepherds a player's career from the minors to the majors. This is the most anticipated feature and MLB Today will be incorporated in My Player. Other features from the previous game have been improved or tweaked, including hitting and pitching.
