AppSpy 8.0 Brave Beak (iPhone)

Mission based gameplay, touch and glide mechanics, cute cartoon characters. Brave Beak tries to hit all the sweet spots of popular iPhone gaming and for the most part succeeds.

Pocket Gamer 7.0 Blot (iPhone)

A lovely art style complements solid if derivative gameplay - worth a look if you're after the new Jetpack Joyride

Awkward controls spoil an original idea in a game that looks better than it plays

AppSpy 6.0 Hello Copter (iPhone)

A nice introduction to the endless runner genre (or in this case the endless flyer). Pleasant visuals but there are some balance issues.

AppSpy 8.0 Off The Leash (iPhone)

For a game that doesn't ask for a payment up-front, Off The Leash remains rock solid thanks to its simple, yet fun mix of endless runner gameplay with harsh time-limits that push you to the edge of your skill.

AppSpy 8.0 Running Fred (iPhone)

Running Fred shifts the 'Fred' series in to a whole new dimension, giving the titular 'hero' a whole new set of abilities as he bounces, flips and dodges his way past oodles of deadly traps - a seriously addictive runner with a high skill cap for high-score junkies to enjoy.

Slide To Play 5.0 Tank Hero (iPhone)

Tank Hero is a fun, simple game that evolves the concept of an Atari classic, but it's hindered by its touchscreen controls.

Look out world, The Simpsons are back.

Gamezebo 5.0 Superflick (iPhone)
Superflick (iPad)

Pros: Progression system is fun in theory. Solid framerate. Cons: Goofy physics just don’t satisfy. Lackluster presentation. Unlocking content is a grind.

GameSpot 3.0 The Simpsons Arcade Game (360)

If you have cherished memories of playing The Simpsons Arcade Game, keep holding on to them and ignore this port.

Gamezebo 8.0 Gorilla Gondola (iPhone)

Pros: Charming visual and audio style. Controls are fluid and easy to handle. Easy to learn, but fairly difficult to master. Cons: Death mechanic is a bit harsh considering the game’s target audience. Levels are rather long, making the death mechanic even harsher.
