Infamous 2 (PS3)

Finishing the first inFamous was a satisfying, open-world experience. The challenges were reasonable, enjoyable and did a great job of moving the story forward to a cliffhanger of a conclusion. I’m happy to report that inFamous 2, while not revolutionary, makes some worthwhile improvements that compliment the fun gameplay of its predecessor.

InFamous 2 is a superhero-themed sandbox game that has the unenviable task of following up a beloved title. While technical and design choices make this a bit a disappointment, some great set pieces, fun powers, and memorable battles still make for an enjoyable ride.
