I was introduced to the Gears series shortly after I picked up my first Xbox 360. Before I played it, I was told it was going to be a gritty, bloody experience. I’d be inclined to agree with that assessment. Shortly after I finished the first game, Gears 2 came out and I put days worth of time into Horde, multi-player, and the co-op campaign. That being said, I figured that I’d be super excited to get back into the Gears world and mow down some Locust.
