The Saboteur is a third person action-adventure video game set during World War II and developed by Pandemic Studios. The game's protagonist, (based on war hero William Grover-Williams), is an Irish man named Sean Devlin, a regular among the racing groups of Paris. The player will be able to explore an open world Nazi-occupied Paris and some of the countryside and parts of Germany. Color is a key element in the gameplay, and players will experience an Ōkami-esque style when entering certain parts of the city.

GiantBomb 6.0

Pandemic brings some pulpy flavor to this open-world WWII game, but its stylish charm doesn't quite overcome the rough edges or the sense that its best tricks are borrowed from other, better games.

IGN 7.5

Experience cheap thrills and hot nights in war-torn Paris.

GameSpot 7.5

It's a lot of fun to paint the town red in this black and white open-world game, but the weak stealth elements limit your options.

GameSpy 6.0

The Saboteur has some great ideas but they aren't developed enough.

1UP 6.2

EA's latest turns WWII Paris into a sandbox world of strippers and destruction.
